Physics of Semiconductor Devices

Homeworks: Due one week after issue (in class or in box outside 216 Sloan Annex by 5pm). Late policy: 15% for each day.

Presentations: Students will be required to give a 15 minute presentation on topics that will be discussed in class. Remaining presentations due on Tuesday(16th March) from 2pm in Sloan Annex. Please email the TA (Uday Khankhoje) with the title of your talk.

Mid-Term and Final: No mid-term exam. Take home style final exam, will be out on Monday, March 16. You can download and print the final by clicking here OR pick up a copy from Sloan Annex at the same time. It will be due in Sloan Annex in the TA's mailbox (Uday Khankhoje) by 5:30pm (same day).
